Durgan Agency is a life insurance agency based in Boise, Idaho. Paige helps families and individuals protect their futures through life insurance solutions like debt-free living, life insurance and retirement planning. Together, we created a brand and website that feel approachable, knowledgeable, and unmistakably her, with one clear path for clients and agents to book a call.
The Challenge
Paige was building her agency the hard way: paid leads and job boards, which meant a lot of cold conversations with people who didn't know or trust her yet. Her brand looked different everywhere she showed up, and her website was a quick Go High Level website she built for agent recruiting. It didn't say anything about what she offers clients.
Insurance is already overwhelming for most people, so she wanted to come across as knowledgeable and high-integrity without being stiff or stuffy. And she needed one simple way for both clients and agents to land in her calendar.
The Solution
I started with brand strategy and website copywriting, so every decision came back to who Paige is and who she's trying to reach, not just what looked good.
From there I built a brand that feels like her: polished and trustworthy, but warm and down to earth, and a world away from the typical insurance look. The website brings clients and agents together in one place, with clear paths from the homepage so people know where to go right away.
I made her services page easy to scan, letting visitors toggle between the types of life insurance instead of reading through everything. Booking connects into her existing Go High Level CRM, and I added a blog so she can build trust long before anyone gets on a call.
The Result
Paige now has a brand she's proud to show up with, and one place to send everyone who finds her. People arrive already knowing who she is and how she works, and getting from first click to booked call takes far less effort on her end.
